This calculator is for people who live in (or want to live in) the area covered by $AUTHORITY-NAME$. If you rent your home, or plan to rent, use it to find out how much rent you should pay, and how much housing benefit and council tax benefit you can get. If you are an owner occupier, use it to work out your entitlement to council tax benefit. It will also tell you if you should claim income support or tax credits.
